Her story

She lived here before she sold here

Renee Malachowski has called Southwest Florida home since 1995, living in Naples and Fort Myers before settling in Estero in 2008, where she and her husband raised their family. Her deep roots in the area give her clients a valuable understanding of the Southwest Florida lifestyle, its distinctive communities, and the market insight that comes from truly knowing the region.

Since joining Premiere Plus Realty in 2015, Renee has built her business on professionalism, integrity, and highly personalized service. She is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through each transaction with care, discretion, and attention to detail, helping create a seamless experience from beginning to end.

Renee is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS®, and Bonita Estero REALTORS®. After completing the Bonita Estero REALTORS® Leadership Academy, she went on to serve on the Events Committee, the Global Diversity Committee, and the 2026 BER Home Foundation Board of Trustees. She was also recognized as a member of the 2026 Bonita Estero REALTORS® Honor Society.

Known for her thoughtful guidance, strong relationships, and genuine care for her clients, Renee believes real estate is about more than a transaction. It is about helping people make confident decisions, achieve their goals, and feel supported every step of the way.

Services

How Renee works with clients

Buyer representation

From defining the search through closing — honest property assessments, offer strategy, inspection coordination, and someone reading the HOA documents on your behalf rather than yours.

Listing & seller representation

Evidence-based pricing, preparation advice that respects your budget, professional photography and video, full-market exposure, and offer evaluation on terms rather than headline price.

New construction

Builder registration, contract review, incentive negotiation, and walkthrough advocacy. The builder's on-site agent works for the builder — this is representation on your side of the table.

Relocation

For people moving here from out of state: neighborhood orientation, commute and medical considerations, school questions, and guidance from someone who made the same move.

Second & seasonal homes

Rental restrictions, storm preparation, property management referrals, and a realistic conversation about carrying costs for a home you occupy part of the year.

Market analysis

A written opinion of value for your property, prepared from comparable sales in your own community. No obligation and no automated estimate.
