I was assisting my mother with the sale of her home. Prior to meeting Renee we listed her home with another broker which resulted in very little activity. After our contract had expired I did some research on other realtors and Renee peaked my interest.
Renee came very well prepared to educate, answer questions, give feedback. Renee came with comps of other homes in the area, had a packet with the pertinent information, laws, and regulations in the real estate world. Renee provided tips and suggestions that would make her home more appealing. She provided us with a timeline and strategy of tasks she would do including signage, MLS listings, mailings, open house(s), ect.
